STEN&LEX (Rome and Taranto, 1982) are considered pioneers of stencil art in Italy. Acti- ve since the early 2000s, they introduced groundbreaking techniques such as halftone stencil and stencil poster, radically transforming this artistic language. Their works—often monumental in scale—combine abstraction and figuration, leaving a lasting mark on ur- ban space.
