PEARL RIVER SOUND

(b. 1990, Cisternino, Italy) is the alias of Roberto Semeraro, an electronic music producer based in Rome. His sound merges childhood nostalgia with influences from classical piano and 90s rave culture. Debuting in 2012 with an experimental cassette on Seattle’s Further Records, he has since developed a distinctive style, releasing on labels such as Meda Fury, X-Kalay, Delirio, Mixed Up, Zeitnot, SURVIVE ltd., Dream Ticket, Fides, Furthur Electronix, EVES, Quoth, and Adepta Editions.
